As Silo wraps up its second season, fans have a lot to look forward to with the series' renewal for two more seasons. One of the most exciting additions for the upcoming third season is British actress Jessica Henwick, who will join the cast as a series regular.
Born on August 30, 1992, Jessica Henwick is a British actress of Chinese-Singaporean and English descent. Raised in Surrey, England, Henwick discovered her passion for acting early on. She trained at Redroofs Theatre School and the National Youth Theatre, honing her skills before making her mark in Hollywood.
Henwick first gained widespread recognition for her role as Nymeria Sand in HBO’s Game of Thrones. She later became known for her role in Marvel’s Iron Fist on Netflix, solidifying her place in the action-packed genre. Henwick’s versatility has led her to various high-profile projects, including The Matrix Resurrections (2021), where she played Bugs, a captain determined to uncover the truth about Neo and Trinity. She has also appeared in films like Love and Monsters, Underwater, and Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. Most recently, she starred alongside Hunter Schafer in the 2024 film Cuckoo.
Henwick's role in Silo marks a new chapter in her career. She will portray Helen, a sharp-witted reporter who made her debut in the Season 2 finale. In addition, Australian-American actor Ashley Zukerman will join the cast as Daniel, a driven young congressman. Both characters will continue to evolve in the third season of the post-apocalyptic drama.
Apple TV+ has already renewed Silo for Seasons 3 and 4, with the latter season set to conclude the series. Fans are eagerly awaiting the continuation of the story with Henwick’s new role adding to the intrigue.
